We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

 

How to start a return

Email us at maisonlila.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do this before sending anything back so we can give you the correct instructions. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

 

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. We may request a photo of the item to help us process your request quickly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover it.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisonlila.store@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

A note on shipping times

Our items are made to order and ship directly from our supplier, so please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. The 30-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered, not the day it is placed.
