We want you to love what you ordered from Maison Lila. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

 

Requesting a return: Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can share the correct instructions.

 

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

Change-of-mind returns: If you change your mind, you are welcome to return an eligible item. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and reviewed, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
